Rythmical Abdominal Breathing

The pattern and rhythm of the breath is usually interlinked with a variety of activities within the body and the mind. This relationship can be seen as the mind and body undergo different states of change, starting from the root of thought and reaching into the movement of the body. Highly active or irregular states of the mind and body typically correspond to an irregular breathing pattern, where as relaxed state usually stimulate a smooth and symmetrical respiration cycle."
