Extended Inhalation and Exhalation (Extended Breathing part 3)
Written by Administrator    Sunday, 26 April 2009 15:08    PDF Print E-mail
"This is the 3rd and final lesson of a 3 part series on extended breathing with controlled interruption of the breathing cycle. If you have not practice the previous two lessons, you may return to those practices for proper preparation, for the technique covered in this lesson will require experience with breath extension and retention. Once you have mastered the first two lessons you may only need to practice this technique as it is the most effective practice for lengthening the duration of the breathing cycle as well as training the lungs and mind for extended breath retention."
