Yogic Breathing

"In this practice we will be covering the technique of yogic breathing. In yogic breathing we are completing the full range of breath within the body and lungs, starting from the very base of the abdomen and raising all the way up until the top of the chest. In yogic breathing we will be combining all three practices of abdominal breath, thoracic breath and clavicle breath. If you are not familiar with these practices you can refer to the individual lessons offered on our website. This practice requires a great deal of awareness as well as preparation, so if you have not mastered the three breathing levels prior than you should return to the practices when you feel comfortable and confident in your ability to perform them."
